Set Up Your Account in 10 Minutes

This guide walks you through setting up your DeliverNorth account from scratch. By the end, you'll have drivers onboarded and your first delivery created.

Step 1: Create Your Account (2 minutes)

1. Go to dispatch.delivernorth.com/register
2. Fill in your company information:
   • Company name
   • Your name and email
   • Company address
   • Phone number
3. Create a password (you'll use this to log in to the dispatcher portal)
4. Click "Create Account"

Step 2: Log In to the Dispatcher Portal (1 minute)

1. Go to dispatch.delivernorth.com
2. Enter your email and password
3. Click "Login"

You'll see the dashboard. It's empty right now, but we'll fix that.

Step 3: Add Your First Driver (3 minutes)

1. Click "Couriers" in the left sidebar
2. Click "Add Courier"
3. Fill in driver information:
   • First and last name
   • Email address
   • Phone number
   • Vehicle type (car, bike, van, etc.)
4. Click "Save"

Repeat for all your drivers. You can add as many as you need.

Step 4: Download the Driver Mobile App (2 minutes)

Have your drivers download the DeliverNorth Courier app:

Driver login instructions:

1. Open the app
2. Enter the email you added for them
3. Enter the password they created (from the activation email)
4. Allow location permissions when prompted

Step 5: Create Your First Delivery (2 minutes)

1. Click "Deliveries" in the left sidebar
2. Click "Create Delivery"
3. Fill in delivery details:
   • Recipient Name: Customer's name
   • Delivery Address: Street address, city, state, zip code
   • Phone Number: Customer's phone (optional but recommended)
   • Delivery Notes: Special instructions (optional)
   • Scheduled For: When to deliver (ASAP or schedule for later)
4. Assign to a driver from the dropdown
5. Click "Create Delivery"

What Happens Next?

• Driver sees the delivery on their mobile app with all details
• Driver navigates to the address using built-in GPS
• Driver completes delivery and captures signature/photo as proof
• You see real-time updates in the dispatcher portal
• You get charged $0.25 for the completed delivery
